Will my smart TV come with a warranty?

All of our products come with warranties that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your purchase suffers a major failure, you’ll be entitled to a refund or replacement.

You’re also entitled to have the product replaced or repaired if it’s of unacceptable quality, but it’s not considered a major failure.

How long can I expect my TV to last?

You can expect your TV to last approximately 7-8 years if it’s used heavily. “Heavy use” typically means that the TV is on almost constantly, with the brightest setting possible.

But if you only use your TV lightly and maintain it properly, you could expect it to last longer, usually 10 years.

Why is screen size important?

When it comes to deciding between screen sizes, it’s not just a case of bigger is better. Instead, it’s important to choose the right screen size for your space.

If the screen is too large and you sit close to it, you could strain your eyes, or you may be too close to see the whole screen.

Do I need a large room for a 55 inch TV?

A 55 inch smart TV is a pretty standard size for most living rooms, so you don’t need a particularly large space for one.

Generally, for a 55 inch TV, you should allow 7.5 – 12.5 feet between the TV and where you’ll be sitting.

Will a larger screen improve my at-home smart TV experience?

There’s a reason why cinema screens are so huge! It’s because the bigger the screen, the more immersive your viewing experience will be.
