The Breville The Quick Wok has 10 heat settings for precise control. This 5L electric wok seals in flavours across the entire non-stick cooking surface and has sloped walls, making it easy to combine ingredients together. Healthy stir fries are cooked fast with little oil. It has an efficient 2200W heating element for even heat distribution and is easy to clean with a dishwasher safe lid and wok bowl, detachable base and removable temperature control probe.
High powered butterfly element
The Butterfly element creates a heat zone over the entire wok surface as its positioned both at the bottom, as well as high into the wall of the wok to push heat up and emulate the effect of gas style cooking.
Variable temperature
With 10 temperature settings or accurate heat control, it is versatile enough to cook a variety of meals quickly and easily.
Temperature control probe
The thermostat light on the probe switches off automatically when the temperature is reached and will cycle on and off during cooking, maintaining the heat setting temperature selected.
