Choose your fitness level to fine-tune your body analysis readings. Select either light, moderate or highly active; if you walk more than 4.8km per day and complete an aerobic workout a few times a week this would be considered as moderately active.

These scales remember 8 user profiles, enter age, height and gender for each profile. This allows for personalised measurements for your whole family.
